Certification in Lean and Six Sigma

A Lean or Six Sigma certification is a professional credential that validates an individual's knowledge and skills in the Lean or Six Sigma methodology. Lean and Six Sigma are two process improvement methodologies that can be used to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality in organizations.

To get certified in Lean or Six Sigma, individuals must typically complete a training course, pass an exam, and present a project to the examination committee. The training course will teach individuals about the Lean or Six Sigma methodology, as well as the tools and techniques that are used to implement it. The exam and the project will test individuals' knowledge of the methodology and their ability to apply it to real-world situations. Important note: If you think, that your knowledge is suffitient to pass the exam and to deliver the project, we do not require you to visit our courses.

Once an individual has completed the requirements for a Lean or Six Sigma certification, they will be awarded a certificate that validates their knowledge and skills. The certificate will also list the level of certification that the individual has achieved, such as Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt.

Demanding Certification

There are a number of reasons why you might choose a demanding certification instead of an easy and low-cost one.

Reputation: Demanding certifications are typically more highly regarded by employers and professional organizations. This is because they require candidates to have a deeper understanding of the subject matter and be able to apply it to real-world situations.

Credibility: Demanding certifications can help you to establish your credibility as an expert in your field. This can make you more competitive in the job market and more likely to be considered for promotions and leadership positions.

Earning potential: People with demanding certifications typically earn higher salaries than those with easy and low-cost certifications. This is because employers are willing to pay more for employees who have the skills and knowledge necessary to help them achieve their business goals.

Career satisfaction: Demanding certifications can help you to develop your skills and knowledge, and they can also make your work more challenging and rewarding.

Demanding Certification

Of course, demanding certifications are not without their drawbacks. They can be expensive and time-consuming to obtain, and they may require you to have a certain level of work experience and education. Certification Project

Project Required for Certification

At Almice Business Institute we require individuals to complete and submit a project as part of the Lean and Six Sigma certification processes. We consider the project being more important part of the certification than the training itself. The project must be a real-world project that demonstrates the individual's ability to use Lean or Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve a process. If you can demonstrate your skills with a successfull project, you do not need the training from us anymore. That is why we consider the training as optional, while the project is required.
