Lean and Six Sigma are two process improvement methodologies that can be used to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality in organizations.

At Almice Business Institute we require individuals to complete and submit a project as part of the Lean and Six Sigma certification processes. We consider the project being more important part of the certification than the training itself. The project must be a real-world project that demonstrates the individual's ability to use Lean or Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve a process. If you can demonstrate your skills with a successfull project, you do not need the training from us anymore. That is why we consider the training as optional, while the project is required.
